Independent of the use of Google analytics, when you visit MapS-Phasing.com, we collect personal data including your IP address, time and date of the website access, the URL you access including its parameters, HTTP status code, your operating system and your browser version. These information are processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 6 lit. f GDPR, as they are technically necessary to deliver any website over the Internet.

Information we collect when you email us
When you contact as via Email, your Email address, the subject of the Email and its content can contain personal data. These information are used to answer your requests for information or to solve any customer service issues. The information are processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 6 lit. f GDPR, as its technically unavoidably to automatically save every email on our servers. We will delete your email as soon as we have determined that it is no longer necessary to deal with your request.
We are advising you that Email communication is unencrypted and thus vulnerable to Man-in-the-middle attacks. If you wish to encrypt your communication with us, we will provide our public PGP key. We cannot offer support for the technical implementation.
Information we collect when you purchase a license
When you register to purchase a license for MapS Phasing, we collect your name, email address and a unique identifier for your PC from you. The unique identifier will be generated using your PC's hardware attributes but the attributes themselves will never be transfered to or saved by us. These information are processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 6 lit. f GDPR, as they are technically necessary to check if you have a valid license to use MapS Phasing. The information will be deleted once your license expires.
For statistical purposes we collect the number of uses of the software.
Payment information are not handled by us directly but by the Payment Service Provider

When you pay for your license, STRIPE processes the following information: cardholder name, email address, unique customer identifier, order ID, bank account details, payment card details, card expiration date, CVC code, date/time/amount of transaction, location. We may use your email address to send you information about necessary updates. You can opt-out of receiving these emails, by sending us an email with the subject line "Opt-out" to licensing@maps-phasing.com.
The DNA data is handled only by yourself on your own PC and is never shared with us.
Your rights regarding your data
As a person subject to processing of your personal data, you have rights under Art. 12 to 23 GDPR.
You have the right to opt-out of Google Analytics (see above). You have the right right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
The provision of personal data listed under "Information we collect when you purchase a license" is a requirement to purchase such a license. If you fail to provide these data or make use of your right to have this data deleted, your license will automatically become invalid and you will be unable to use MapS Phasing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
